Someone was formulating their evil plans in the middle of a twilight meadow filled with fireflies, while a gorgeous full moon rises.

Started with:
Daydreaming
Picked:
Under_the_sea
Ended up with:
a_beach_to_ourselves
Process:
I quite like sea green, so that's why I chose Under the sea. I also love working with neon colors.
To me, orange, whitish-grey, and dark blue all seem like they could harmonize nicely with the green, so that's why I picked CONSTRUCTION.zone, cooling down, & 3rd gear.
After that, I started to play with color order. The orange looked a bit garish next to the green and the blue looked too dark, so I put the white on one side of the green and the blue on the other side, separated by a space. I put the orange next to the white.
To make the palette blend more nicely, I used this website: http://www.colorhexa.com/color-blend to blend Under the sea & 3rd gear. I put the results, private glade, in the spot between the blue and the green.
After that, it was just a matter of playing with widths. I thought the white should dominate, so I stretched it out and shrank the orange. I then evenly spaced the aquas, and I was done.
