Cartoon characters, real people, one specific trait, anything goes really. Just post a palette that expresses a character. Here's some of mine, based on the show, The Penguins of Madagascar:

I do this all the time for fictional characters, whether they be my own creations or someone else's. Every once in a while I do a real person.
