Okay, I honestly have no idea why that didn't change back, when I changed my settings. I was angry a while back, and changed everything, so no one could use my palettes anymore. Not even two days later, I switched it back. Apparently, this one did not take. My apologies. You should've just contacted me and we could've figured it out. Again, I thought I fixed all of that.
-Edit- It's fixed. There's no way I'm going through over 2,000 palettes.. But, if you want to use another of mine and find that it's set that way again, just let me know and I'll fix it.
