I recently bought a nail polish called Back to the Fuschia. What really really interesting color-related product names have you come across?

My friend works for them and she gives me colors all the time...
here are some I found in one of my baskets

Yoga-ta get this blue
Catherine the Grape
St Petersburgundy
Chocolate Moose
Mauve-lous memories
Form one lime

Honestly I think she brings me the colors they can't sell, most of these colors are not great

I love this!, i try to do that sometimes when I name colors or palettes, or using a name or title and spelling it different that it is, maybe more like the way the word should have been spelled....but pronounced in an off hand way... like Ceeb iskit...

tofriday337, I just love OPI names. They are all so creative and fun! Wouldn't that be a cool job...to just make a cute and puny names. I guess we all do that on a bigger scale here. Loving the names! We need to name some colours here in CL those names....Probably already out there. :D

I think it was Sally Hansen. But OPI does have great names, too. I have a red by them that's called I'm Not Really a Waitress. Actually, here's a link to their site with some more neat names. And you can browse by color!

I never look at the names of the nailpolish I buy; I never knew some of them were so creative!

Makeup in general has opportunities (used or not) for some clever naming. It goes with that whole selling point of packaging. Of course, not quite on the same level, but still.
