Transeasonal Colors

We have all heard about trans-seasonal dressing - fashion and clothing that fit any season, and any style. These outfits do not follow current trends, they are rather transcendental of seasons. Their classic design and attractive simplicity is a time-saver and it is good for your economy.

Today, on COLOURlovers, we will explore which colors and shades are trans-seasonal and attractive throughout the year, for both cold, snowy days and hot, sunny summer mornings.

Aqua #72D0DC and Turquoise #61C8C4

turquoise aqua transseasonal palette

Not only that these two are trans-seasonal, but together they make a two-color trans-seasonal palette. Although blue and green have a whole spectrum of shades for True, Bright, Light, Soft, and Dark seasons throughout the year, Aqua and Turquoise are all-time favorites. Their brightness is declaring them as cold colors, which makes them winter-friendly; they are water-colors - ideal to combine with yellow in summer and autumn; plus they are young, bold, urban colors, which means they like to be worn outdoors and shine under the sunshine.

Purple #803B8B

Everything is better with purple! This magical, mystical color is always present in our auras, even when we don't wear it. Purple is a unique combination of lonely and exciting colors, it can be used to describe introverts, but also free spirit and vagabonds. This color is a true chameleon, which is why every season is a purple season. Shades of purple warm you up in those cold, winter nights, and offer a refreshment during the summer heatwaves. Purple is a color of the deep sea, and also the color of deep meaning. It shows character, and if you take purple as your personal brand color, you can wear it out throughout the year.

If we take two shades of purple - a darker and a lighter one, and merge them with Aqua and Turquoise, we get a mighty palette that never goes out of style. This palette represents early-blooming when applied in Spring, deep-sea flora in the Summer, a raindrop in the Autumn, and ice queen in the Winter season.

Colour Is The New Black : Men’s Accessories Trends in 2019

men's accessories

Know how to say colour in 18 different languages? We do. And this year, it seems the French do too. Trendhim’s Colour Report ranks Europe’s most colourful countries in 2019.

The Top 10 Most Colourful Countries (and how they say “colour”) :

  1. France – “couleur”
  2. Germany – “farbe”
  3. Belgium – “kleur” / “couleur” / “farbe”
  4. Finland – “väri”
  5. Portugal – “cor”
  6. United Kingdom – “colour”
  7. Hungary – “szín”
  8. Netherlands – “kleur”
  9. Spain – “color”
  10. Switzerland – “farbe” / “couleur” / “colore”

We all know that the French generally put a great effort into the way that they dress, and that they excel in wearing a lot of black and grayscale shades to refine their minimal and modern look. But if you are planning to tour around the Champs-Élysées this summer, and expect to surround yourself in a sea of monochrome, we will save you from the Paris Syndrome; the French are buying more colourful accessories than any other country in Europe this year.

Reflecting on this year’s Paris Fashion Week Men’s, this information is hardly surprising. Between the 18th and 23rd June, the City of Lights transformed into the City of Colours as many vibrantly dressed local and international guests flocked to the streets of Paris to express the strong seasonal vibes of summer.

Off the streets and onto the SS20 runway, models representing French brands such as Louis Vuitton donned a range of colour palettes and patterns inspired by flora tones, including a range of different pink and blue hues. This coincides with Trendhim’s Colour Report; while France is recently one of the highest ranking countries for buying accessories of general colours from the summer palette, they are also notably buying the most pink accessories in Europe.

Our research shows that there’s an uptick in colourful accessories in both Europe and around the globe. Compared to spring 2018, an improvement of 2.21% more multicoloured items have been purchased this year (spring 2019). But while black didn’t factor into our ranking, it’s still the #1 colour choice in Europe. And for good reason – wearing black is an easy way to add contrast to bright accessories and let that one statement piece really take the spotlight. For example, black is a good way to lay the foundation for a vibrant bow tie or lapel pin.

But as black is the #1 ‘colour’ in every country on our list, France taking the top spot for buying colourful accessories means that this year they are consequently buying less black accessories. Colour is the new black; bad news for the Parisian selling black berets.

Whether you’re a top-ranking Frenchman, adept at the art of wearing colours, or an 11th-place-wherever, adding colour to your outfit this summer seems officially the right thing to do. Europe supports you, and so does Trendhim. Time to add ‘couleur’ in your life.

The Colour Report is based on shopping habits in men’s accessories at Trendhim for May 2019. Data was compiled looking at all colours across all accessories with the exclusion of black, white and grey. See the compiled dataset here.

How and Why Colors Become Fashionable

We call upon fashion designers to shape our fabric. However, before you start cutting, you need to decide on the color. This is where the fun begins. It turns out that the color and the overall color palette are sent to the designer from the outside. At the beginning of each year, a certain organization, quite literally, assigns colors that will be relevant in the new season. Let’s see who and on what basis determines what color will be fashionable.

Pantone

The organization that defines the current color schemes for most branches of design is Pantone. It is located in New Jersey, USA, and was founded in the mid-1960s by Herbert Lawrence. His main merit lies in the development and publication of the “bible” of color painting, called the Pantone Color Matching System. This is a numbered reference, supplied with the original name of colors. Subsequently, it is the Pantone color palettes that will become the company’s main product, made for the work of designers.

pantone

One of the most interesting departments of Pantone is the so-called Pantone Color Institute. This division of the company is engaged in theoretical developments in the field of color. Moreover, the word “institute” is listed in the title for a reason. The leading world psychologists and physiologists are involved in theoretical research here. It is they who, with the help of psychology and physiology, determine which color can be called relevant for a given year. The sociocultural factors and political and economic situations in the world are taken into account. Dozens of experiments on the perception of certain colors with groups of experimental volunteers are conducted.

As a result, after lengthy discussions, an important decision is made. At a meeting closed to the press, representatives of “color committees” from different countries gather. They are destined to determine the primary colors of the year, separately for men and women. On this occasion, the executive director of the Pantone Color Institute and head of the committee that chooses the Pantone Color of the Year says: “These elections are an attempt to collect the prevailing sentiments in the world in one shade.”

Fashion designer’s choice

People should not have the wrong idea that the choice of Pantone is a truth that cannot be opposed. Of course it is not. The colors defined by the Pantone Color Institute are just a highly qualified recommendation. Practice has shown that the use of these colors when creating a collection of clothes will help achieve the highest sales. Thus, the end user confirms the credibility of Pantone by buying clothes.

However, it is worth remembering that a particular designer, when creating a collection, can do exactly the opposite. That is, they can use color solutions diametrically opposed to the choice of Pantone, and only benefit from it. Being out of trend is a great boldness in the fashion world, which can be rewarded with interest.

pantone

For more than half a century, leading fashion houses have used their own brand colors, which to date have become their hallmark. This choice is primarily due to the inner sense of the designer based on knowledge of proportions and form. A good example is the company Tiffany&Co, which for many years has used the same color, designed by Paula Scher. Prior to this, the company used several variants of mint, and each department of the company could decide which color to use.

Customer’s choice

As a result, the choice of color falls to the final user. Thus, it does not matter what colors are declared fashionable and relevant – in the end, we choose the cloth based on internal, deeply subjective, factors. The joke is that designers can often predict our seemingly free choice.

If you need to write a paper about the main color of 2019, then you can ask, “write my essay,” and you will receive a professionally written paper on this topic.

Handy Tips To Coordinate Your Jewelry With The Skin Tone

jewelries

Selecting the perfect piece of jewelry depends on more than just the quality of material you are going with. Considering factors related to your skin tone will assist you in having an outstanding look because not every jewel is fit for everyone. Follow these tips to blend your jewelry with your skin undertones so that it creates a personalized and reliving look.

●      Figure out your skin tone

Before picking trendy jewelry sets, it’s crucial to narrow down on your skin tone so as to decide whether it is warm or cool. This can be simply done by observing your veins in a well-lit environment and see their colors.

As a rule of thumb, green colored veins are an indication of warm skin tone while purple or blue ones imply a cool undertone. However, you might also have a neutral skin tone which can be identified by having a mix of these colors in your veins. Know that your skin color is an entirely different concept than the skin tone; don’t get these mixed up.

●      Go for suitable metal choices

After assessing your skin tone, you need to know that the metals you are choosing for your jewelry tend to determine how decently they blend. Therefore, it’s advisable to go for white or light colored metals, like platinum, gold, and silver, if you have a cool skin tone.

Similarly, those having a warm skin tone should actively pick metals like copper and brass so as to have a matching look. People with neutral undertones can choose yellow as well as white metals considering their jewel options.

●      Pick gemstone colors according to the skin tone

Apart from metal colors, you also need to carefully pick the gemstones from a reliable store like theeyeofjewelry.com so that they can perfectly blend with your skin undertones. If you have cool skin tones, go for colors like purple, red, and green to give your jewelry a cohesive look.

People having warm skin tones tend to have an earthy shade that clearly goes well with gemstones like citrine, garnets, rubies, and coral. Earthy undertones are suitable for color choices like yellow, turquoise, brown, and yellow, to give liveliness to your overall look.

●      Don’t hesitate to experiment

While skin tones have a determining impact on the way jewelry looks on you, it’s vital that you don’t end up keeping yourself confined to some set of rules. Most people have skin tones that can’t be precisely categorized as warm or cool.

Thus, you should try different jewelry options until you get the perfect blend of colors according to your skin tone. Actively experiment with different textures, stones, and metals so that you can finally narrow down to the ideal style that goes well with your body type.

●      Turn to diamonds when in doubt

If everything is dooming you with utter confusion, it’s time that you go ahead with a diamond piece. This is because diamonds blend perfectly well, regardless of the type of skin tone you have. The choice of jewelry is all about zeroing in on something that can suit your personality, and diamonds are a no-brainer in this case.

How to Draw and Paint Fashion Sketches?

fashion sketch

Struggling to come up with a better version of your fashion sketch? Lacking ideas on which color combination is the best? Or having a hard time with the finishing touches of your design? If yes, then you should learn some of the best tips on how to draw and paint fashion figures or sketches.

If you want to enter the fashion industry, you should know that new designs are being offered in the form of hand-drawn sketches. And there are certain steps that will make the process a lot easier – from drawing the figure up to putting paint on it if you want to.

So, let’s get started with the steps that you should consider!

To start the sketch, you have to do the following:

Gather the needed materials.

Of course, before you draw and paint, you should have the materials required. You can choose a hard lead pencil that would make sketchy and light marks which are easier to erase. Also, marks that are made of these pencils don’t indent the paper making it very helpful once you plan to add color to your image.

Besides, you might also need a high quality eraser and also a thick paper to make the sketch look professional. It is not advisable that you draw using a pen since you couldn’t erase the marks. You might as well need inks, colored markers and paints to illustrate the clothing designs.

Decide the pose for the croquis.

Croquis is referred to as the model for your design and it must be drawn into a pose that would show off the said items best. It’s up to you to show whether the model is walking, bending or sitting or in any other position.

If you are a beginner, you can begin drawing with the most common pose, and that is a runway sketch showing a standing model or striding on a runway. This is considered to be the easiest one to draw and it would allow you to illustrate all the designs in full view.

Try other methods for making a croquis.

It would be great if you can draw your own croquis because it allows you to create a model to its exact proportions that you want. Nevertheless, once you want to jump straight to your drawing, some other shortcuts can be done. You can also search online for other methods or consider some important tips at malen-lernen.org.

For the second part, to draw the croquis, follow these steps:

Draw the balance line.

The balance line is the first line of the sketch and it would represent the center of gravity of your model. You can simply draw this from the top of the head to the tip of the toes, along the backbone of the croquis.

Next, draw an oval to represent the head which will serve as the base of the croquis. From this, you can make a proportional drawing. Think of the croquis as the skeleton of your model.

Take note that the balance line must be a straight vertical line, though you want the model to pose in a leaning position. Once designing clothes, you will not be required with a proportional model since the clothing is the one to be showcased not your skills in drawing.

Begin drawing the pelvic area.

You will need to draw a square having equal side lengths the balance line below the middle wherein the pelvis is positioned on the body naturally. You have to size the square based on how wide you want the model to be. A smaller square is perfect for a thinner model than the plus-sized one.

Draw the shoulders and torso.

From the two corners of the pelvic square, extend the torso lines upward. There is a need for the torso to extend upward at the same time bending in the midway at the waist then extending out again at the shoulder. The same with a real human body, there is a need for the shoulders to be of the same width as the hips or the top of your pelvic box.

Once you’re done, the torso must look like a normal torso of a real human.

Sketch the head and the neck.

It is important that the model’s neck is third the width of the shoulder and half the length of the head as well. Right after drawing this, proceed with sketching the head, that should be in proportion to the body. To make the model younger or more juvenile, make a bigger head.

You could erase the initial oval that you drew representing the head. You have to draw the head for it to look natural.

Fill in with the legs.

Take note that the legs must be the longest part of the body. They should also be portioned into two pieces, the calves, and the thighs. Bear in mind that fashion illustrators typically exaggerate the height of the model by making the legs longer than the torso.

Finish the sketch with arms and feet.

The feet are somewhat narrow so draw them as the same with the elongated triangles which are about the equal length with the head. Draw the arms like the legs, being tapered toward the wrists. You should make them longer in proportion to the torso compared to the real arms of a person as this would give a more stylized impression. Adding the fingers and hands should be done last.

And finally, to draw the clothes and other accessories plus to pain the figure, here are the things you need to do:

Illustrate the original design.

Think of the look that you try to create and represent it down to its last detail. For example, if you are designing a dress, simply add patterns, text, raffles, bows and more to come up with a beautiful piece. You should focus on the unique elements of your design and include suitable accessories for the style to be clear.

Draw the clothes boldly.

The purpose of your fashion drawing is to showcase the design ideas, you can use a bolder hand once drawing the clothing. Draw the clothes so they appear to hand on the design in a more realistic way. There must be creases around the waist, elbows, shoulders, wrists, and ankles. You should think about how the clothing hangs on the person and imitate it on the model.

Consider learning how to draw wrinkles, folds, and pleats.

Utilize different types of lines in order to create creases in the fabric you are drawing. It would help you illustrate the structure of the garment if you know how to draw pleats, folds, and wrinkles.

Illustrate the prints and patterns.

It is important that you accurately illustrate how the patterns and prints look like on the model. Begin by drawing the outline of the patterned garment like a blouse or a skirt. Then, divide it into a grid having different sections. And, fill in the sections one at a time having a pattern on the fabric.

Complete the drawing with shading, color or ink and by painting the fashion figure.

Now, you can utilize thick black ink or paint onto the lines which you want to keep. The body shaping lines could be erased and any stray pencil marks. Finally, carefully color in the clothing with the use of hues that you want for your designs to have.

Painting the drawing is a lot easier if you have the right paintbrush for the job.

There you have it! If you plan to enter the world of fashion designing, then learning the right way on how to draw, or to paint, is indeed crucial. The details below will surely help you a lot!

What Colors to Wear to a Classical Music Concert?

classical music concert

You were invited to a classical music concert this weekend but you’re not sure what to wear? Even if it’s the first time you’re attending these sort of events, with a little bit of help, you will be able to make a good impression whether you’re on the stage or in the audience. Here is everything you need to take into account to make sure your outfit will be perfect for every occasion.

Consider the time of the event

Based on the starting time of the concert, you will have to consider different outfits and colors, especially if you’re a girl.

For a simple afternoon matinee concert, women can wear both pants and jeans as long as they are combined with more elegant blouses, shirts, and heels. Don’t forget about jewelry and a small clutch bag. If you want to wear a dress or a skirt, make sure they are made of fluid, elegant materials.

Knee-length skirts and dresses are the most appropriate but, if you’re younger, you can also consider wearing a shorter item. Avoid wearing long cocktail gowns and sparkles.

Men always have it easier as they can wear regular jeans or pants with a button down shirt. Jackets and ties are optional but you should avoid wearing your regular pair of sneakers. Try opting for a pair of brogue shoes instead. As for the fit of your clothes, we would suggest a slim or skinny figure.

If you’re attending a regular evening concert, the rules are the following: women should wear dressier skirts or pants, as well as blouses or dresses. The length of the dress varies depending on the woman’s choice but opera concerts often call for long evening gowns. If you’re attending a regular chamber concert, the little black dress would be perfect.

Gentlemen can opt for dressier jeans and a blazer or trousers with a cocktail-like shirt. Suits, ties, and bow ties are also appreciated but not mandatory.

Consider the ticket cost

Believe it or not, the price of the ticket is a good indicator of how fancy the event will be. If an average concert ticket is sold for around $20-25, a smart casual style would be enough for both men and women. However, fancier events with tickets that cost $70 or more often imply a more elegant dress code, in which case you’ll have to replace your jeans with tuxedo pants and your jersey with a suit jacket.

What colors to wear?

When it comes to the actual colors you are allowed to wear to classical music concerts, we’re afraid you don’t have too many options, especially if you’re a man. The monochrome look on men or the popular black-pants white-shirt combo is always the right answer. Navy or grey suits are also welcomed, as long as they are paired with the classic black or white shirt.

It goes without saying that bold patterns and colors are not the norm so you should avoid them.

Women have a slightly larger color palette to indulge in but they should also avoid strong colors such as yellow and orange with the exception of red.

If you’re on stage, you don’t have to worry too much about the dress code as all players will most likely wear similar if not identical outfits. Instead, worry about your instrument and don’t bring a cheap electric one with you, not even for rehearsals.

Women in the auditorium can opt for both short and long gowns, especially if we’re talking about an evening concert. While black dresses are the most popular, you can also opt for colorful sequins, navy, green, and even a red gown.

Best Outfits to Wear When Traveling

travel outfit

The outfits you bring along on your trip has a direct connection to the enjoyment throughout the travel. When you are uncomfortable or not dressed for the occasion, one thing is for sure- you won’t enjoy the moment at its fullest.

Being ready for the moment is the key to ultimate fun, and therefore here I am to tell you what to pack for your next trip.

Joggers:

Joggers are a smart travel wear option. The ideal jogger is comfortable enough for a 10-hour flight and stylish enough for sightseeing or attending a dinner party.

Something like a Chino jogger will be the perfect combination of style & comfort.

On the other hand, the colors of the joggers you select depends totally on the place you are visiting. For e.g., if it’s a place where rains and muddy roads are common, better go with some camouflage-like color instead of light colors like white.

Shoes:

The shoes you choose to wear can make or break your trip. Again, similar to Joggers, the footwear you decide to rock must be comfortable & suitable for the occasion.

Slip-on shoes are the best choice for both. Choose a pair with arch support and plenty of cushions if you plan on wearing them for extended walking. Moreover, for heavy walking, wearing sneakers is another excellent choice. Again, the color depends totally on the situation-- Black, Brown, White, and Red are some of the top color choices when packing the shoes.

Moreover, a pair of flip flops or sandals can save the day at the hotel stays by keeping your bare feet off the floor. Also, If you are going to hit up a beach, don’t be the guy who wears Converse in the sand-- make sure to pack those sandals.

Upper wear

Wearing neutral colors that can be easily interchanged according to the bottom wear is a smart choice to pack light. Khaki, black, white, and gray are excellent color choices for interchangeability.

However, If you crave some color, consider one or two layering pieces. Something like a sweater, scarf, or jacket can add the color element to your look.

Bags:

Of course, you will need a big bag to store all your items. But moreover, keeping something like a backpack or a messenger bag to keep essentials at the reach of the hand is a smart choice.

If you are planning for an international destination, documents like passports and visas are necessary in most cases. If they get stolen, your happy holidays might well become sorrowful hours. Therefore, to keep such documents and essentials safe, consider quality anti-theft bags. In addition to safety, anti-theft bags gives room to store your water bottle, separate pockets to keep your headphones, chargers, and other personal items.

All in all, Follow these tips to be a savvy traveler who has their attire, shoe wear, and bags sorted for the ultimate travel life.

What to pack for your summer holiday

This summer is all about loving the sun and the heat, dancing all night to new wave music, traveling to an exotic country and taking your friends with you.

Following the amazing rise of popularity of yellow color and all its variations, it is safe to say - bring every yellow piece of clothes you love AND something perfect to combine it with.

Darker yellow shades are a great match with a white - casual white shirt with an ocker yellow skirt, formal white dress with yellow details and jewelry, deep waist white pants with a yellow T-shirt inside... The list goes on. To make this combination shine, a blue or green detail is needed. Think about turquoise shoes, glasses, hats or bags to fulfill this dreamy combination.

Lighter shades of yellow are best combined with dark green, olive green, dark blue or polka-dots black. A beautiful yellow evening summer dress matches perfectly with a black blazer and black shoes. This kind of combination does not need any more colors or details to be just as amazing as you want, but if you feel like you need something more, a blue or white belt would be a safe choice.

Now that we know yellow is an obvious choice, the question remains to which design are we going to choose for our swimsuit. A yellow speedo is great for many reasons - it is simple and very in this season, while it is easy to combine with flowery designs of your towel, beach bag, or robe. With sunglasses that match your face type, you will be the hottest person on the beach since the filming of Baywatch.

Which designs are most popular this summer, though? The number one animal design this year is inspired by a flamingo, which results with the happiest T-shirts we've ever seen on the streets. Pineapple had a lead last year, but the "yellow fever" is turning that around as well. Fruit-inspired designs that will dominate this summer are bananas and lemons, and we will not be able to get enough of them. This makes a retro bathing suit with lemon print to be an absolute winner when it comes to figuring out the content of our travel bag.

What do you think of our choice? What will the content of your travel bag be this summer? Tell us in the comment section below.

The Best Brand Colors in the Construction Industry

The visual aspects of your company are what make an impression on first-time customers. Colors work together to create an emotional connection with consumers and make your branding stand out from the competition. Each type of industry tends to use specific colors and tap into the emotions behind pain points that customer base experiences. The construction industry is no different and trends toward a particular set of colors you'll see over and over again.

Although some months see construction spending slumps, building has been on an overall upward trajectory since 2017. Total construction spending in the United States for the first quarter was around $386.1 billion. The construction industry has recovered strongly from recession levels, but with more work comes more competition. Figuring out what brand colors to use isn't an easy task, but can make the difference in grabbing user attention or losing it.

There are some traditional color choices for construction branding, such as yellow, earthy browns and greens. However, thinking a little outside the box may be just what you need to draw attention. Here are some ideas on colors that grab attention but still tap into what users expect from construction companies.

1. Construction Yellow

You've probably noticed the use of sunny yellow on many construction sites. Because construction equipment tends to be yellow or red, people associate a certain shade with building projects. Worker's helmets and vest are also sometimes in a bright hue of yellow, so people associate this color with construction work. Because of this, many companies use at least some yellow in their color palettes. Although the other colors in the design might vary, you'll see it quite often in designs.

construction uniform

Wohlsen Construction uses a pop of yellow to draw attention to its navigation and call to action (CTA) button. Even the photos used in the hero shots offer splashes of this shade. Note the yellow vest the worker in the hero image wears.

2. Pop of Red

Most construction industry websites feature yellow and brown color palettes, but what if you could grab user interest with pops of red? This color elicits specific emotions, including excitement. It makes people think about power and passion. It also increases respiration rates and attracts more attention than other colors.

Red can signal danger, but it doesn't have to. It all depends on the shade you choose. For construction brands, earthy clay is an excellent choice, but a vivid deep hue also grabs attention. Which red you select depends upon other colors in your branding. Try out different shades with split testing and see which convert best with your target audience.

3. Earthy Browns

New construction often includes digging up the land and completing excavation projects. For this reason, many construction companies choose earthy browns for their color palettes. It's also a good choice as a base and then you can add a pop of blue, red, green or some other bright color to draw user attention.

construction uniform

Wheeler CAT uses a lot of earth tones on its website through the photos of equipment being used in various types of construction jobs. Note the neutral white and taupe for navigation and then a big hero shot at the top of the page showing earthworks. The site then features several images of equipment in use, with the majority of the photos featuring earth tones.

4. Environmentally Friendly Greens

For construction companies up on eco-friendly practices, using green tones in the color palette indicates it puts the environment first. Deep, grass-colored green is a smart choice for navigation bars, calls to action and even within images. Just keep in mind if you're using a bright color such as green that you'll need to use complementary tones for the rest of your palette. One technique is using neutral shades, such as black and white and then adding a pop of a brighter color.

5. Trusty Blue

A deep blue is seen as a trustworthy color. Have you ever noticed the way banks tend to use dark blue color palettes? This is because people associate blue with reliability. However, you can use this shade to your advantage as a construction business, too, and indicate how reliable you are. Commercial construction is one area where people need to know they can rely on you to meet deadlines, but even residential construction benefits from reliability.

Customers need to know they can rely on you to be around through project completion as well as after the job is finished in case there are any issues. A simple change in color choice allows you to indicate you plan to be in business for many more years to come.

construction uniform

Excel Excavating utilizes blue in its color scheme, adding an air of credibility to its branding. Even the hero shot has a bluish-gray tinge to it, setting the tone for the rest of the website.

6. Pink, Neon Blue or Orange?

Choosing a color completely outside the scope of what most other companies use works if your target audience is young or the color speaks to them in some way. For example, if you run a company constructing tiny homes for millennials, choose trendier colors than if you create corporate buildings for middle-aged men. Base your colors on hues that speak to your demographic. You could also enhance a more traditional palette with one or two elements in a unique color choice.

Experiment with Color

Don't be afraid to try colors a bit outside the norm. Just make sure you test any changes to your branding and see how your target audience reacts. Pay attention to what colors your competitors use as well. It's good to meet expectations, but you want to also stand out from the crowd. With a little work, you'll soon hit on a color palette that defines who you are as a brand and results in conversions.

We get overwhelmed by content and very often bored if the flow of our feed doesn't change frequently enough. We always seize new ways to keep our scrolling fingers busy while our hunger for new trends never sleeps.

I am sure that everyone has their favorite apps and networks where they spend most of their free time in breaks from work, cooking, studying, and while waiting for the bus, whether those are social networks, fashion catalogs, news, blogs, Youtube, etc. In the era where anybody can become an influencer, a question arises in regards to how to find good quality content - who to follow, where to look, how to discover new, fresh ideas in this confusing set of signals on the internet.

I've been researching the best trending hashtags on Instagram, which are showing the most attractive and relevant content, full of fresh colors and alternative styles to make your feed sexy again. Follow these and find the best profiles to stick around with for this hot and exciting summer.

With almost 70 million posts, this hashtag is highlighting the top posts in the casual fashion industry, but most importantly, these interesting photos are taken in quite exciting sights, in urban environments of a metropolis. What dominates is very vibrant colors against the gray, brown, or white backgrounds, and very contemporary fashion style of a variety of cultures worldwide.

Besides the content offered in the previous hashtag, with this one you may also discover various fashion companies advertising their street-wear designs. Use this hashtag to keep up with trending wear and perhaps it can inspire you for a whole new set of palettes of your own.

#bloggerlife

This is a relatively young hashtag, with only 6 million posts. However, it is remarkably interesting, because as we all know, bloggers are the ones who pay a lot of attention to their contents and visual appearances. If you find the right travel blogger, prepare for some hardcore new palettes in those images you scroll, as these guys can be a true refreshment to our every day.

For similar reasons as the previous one, except this hashtag results in real top-notch content, beautiful landscapes, breathtaking architecture, and even better modern outfits. Out of all the scrolling trying to find the most inspiring feed possible, this one truly made me speechless. See for yourself and find the photos that really move you.
