it was pretty creative, I think! :)
(in my point of view) I see it this way: black lilies aren't necessarily black, so it's like the last color represent a black lily (of course they have a bit more dark coloration, but the last one is kinda the same color, just lighter); the first color is something between blue/green, but I'd say it represents a raindrop (which is basically what chuvisco means ;). So, the warm colors in the middle represents kind of a metamorphosis. Of course I know I'm rambling and that it all probably doesn't make any sense. :D
