Description

named after one of my favorite bars. it was an historical oddity: 10 feet from a major state university (but met the requirement of 100ft by road and/or sidewalk), formed the Church of Elvis (as a religion to sidestep the raising of the legal drinking limit in Louisiana from 18 to 21 by making it a religious practice to imbibe beer), and it appearred briefly in the movie Sex, Lies and Videotapes among many many other things.. . it mysteriously burned down and was turned into a Jamaican cafe.
