Description
The lovely color of a baked sweet potato's skin. That warm, delicious and dark color that offsets the bright orange of the sweet flesh within. Yams and sweet potatoes aren't quite the same tuber, but "Baked Sweet Potato's Skin" wouldn't all fit in the Name field. By the by, barbecued sweet potatoes are the BEST.
