GelaSkins HardCase Design Contest Winners!
As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end, and boy has this latest GelaSkins contest been really good. Huge thanks to everyone that contributed and voted in this contest, and an especially big thank you to the folks at GelaSkins that made this whole thing possible.

By now you've hopefully had a chance to check out their latest HardCase product line. The HardCase by GelaSkins for iPhone 5 is a tough, polycarbonate, snap-on case. It's available in a wide array of great designs by artists from around the world. You can even be the artist and design your own – import family photos, company logos, or patterns you've created at COLOURlovers.com.
For this contest, you COLOURlovers were tasked with creating a design for GelaSkins new HardCase. There were a ton of amazing designs entered, and it was tough, but the GelaSkins staff was able to narrow down the entries and select a winner. Without further adieu, the next GelaSkins artist is...

Dazzlement will become the next GelaSkins artist and earn royalties on the sale of her designs. Congratulations!
The four runners up were selected based on number of loves from the COLOURlovers community. You guys loved the following designs the most:

But there is something I think I need to point out: There is no man on the planet who will want any of these in his pocket until his phone dies and needs replacing with the next model.
Sure they are beautiful, took time, and skill, and a wonderful creative eye and flair, but a guy isn't going to carry any of these.
I wish something a little more manly had won so I had something awesome to put in my pocket.

And for the creator of the entry that doesn't deserve to be in the top five, I would hope you decide to do the right thing and decline the prize. Whether the extra loves received for your entry were fraudulent or due to a bug in the voting system, you know you don't deserve the prize. Do the right thing.
