ColorSchemer Studio 2 for Mac (+COLOURlovers)

Some people call them color palettes and some people call them color schemes... Now we're all part of one big family. We've known Aaron from ColorSchemer for a few years now and have talked on and off about how we could work together. Well, I'm excited to announce that we're not just working together, we're joining color forces.

The new release of ColorSchemer Studio 2 for Mac of is the first hint at what the future holds for that partnership with the integration of the 1,000,000 COLOURlovers palettes directly accessible via the software gallery browser. Pretty soon you'll not only be able to browse palettes from COLOURlovers, you'll be able to save your palettes right to our site from your desktop. You'll see the best of what we've been building and the best from what Aaron's been building begin to form together here and in ColorSchemer Studio.

Welcome abord! I was completely lost when I joined. And I started playing around
and it's really addictive. The more you play with colors the more fun it gets. Then
suddenly you realize how many practical uses it can have as well.

Have fun and play!

deathangel29

I will surely enjoy playing with colors and doing what designs will get in my mind :D

I need something like this for my members only section in my website.

Members will choose from many coupon themes to post. Once they choose the

coupon theme, then they need to choose a color scheme from either their

own photo or a color wheel. Then this coupon needs to be posted and/or

sent in a contact form.

how bout the visibility?? hope i can use transparent box :) pretty plz

moxieworld

Hi lyrosalgado,
I'm still not familiar how to use this site. I don't know what a transparent box is, but you may use anything I put on this site. Can you tell me what a transparent box is so I know for future conversations? thanks ; )

akamba

great place to find myself

jonas3333

Need for Windows.
I don't follow the "Macs only for design mass hysteria"
Although, I must admit, competition is necessary.

you can its called layouts on facebook and its very simple looks not bad too

colorpie

I've had mine since it first came out. Using it taught me color theory. It's a great tool. Is it possible to create an option in the next release which would allow us to make five color palettes and upload them directly to CL? Or would that conflict with uploading to colorschemer.com? Thanks!

jackkeller

I bought Color Schemer 2 a while back and dig the versatility, however I'm surprised that there is no API hook between the site and the tool.

I'd love to be able to favorite a scheme on the site and pull it open from favs in the app for a good workflow, or post schemes from the app to the site even. Most important would be to pull in favs from Site to App though. If you all are working on a new version keep that in mind as a potential addition!

Caira007

Great colors and pictures.

jerrymiah

This tool is really nice for me! Thanks for this!
