Color In Nature: Grasslands
Grasslands are areas where the vegetation is dominated by grasses (Poaceae) and other herbaceous (non-woody) plants (forbs). They occur naturally on all continents except Antarctica, and cover nearly fifty percent of the land surface of the continent of Africa.

anyways: i miss california, as when you go driving from SF to Walnut Creek, closer to the Creek you drive thru San Ramon Valley, and the freeway is literally on the valley itself; left and right all there is is grass and hills and the occasional cow. it's really pretty, especially when it's kind of foggy, when you can just see the tips of the hills and the trees.
