don't know what you're talking about with "digital art in its infancy"...
go to devart, and they've got LOADS of stuff that's considered digital!

I just meant that compared to say, painting, art created using digital tools like computers, is relatively new.

Hi there! I registered just to say thanks for using my image on colourlovers. I really enjoyed reading this post and loved to see the video's. But I didn't use processing but actionscript to create the image.

Sorry for the mix-up... I thought I found the image in a 'precessing' group on flickr....and it was tagged 'processing'... and I don't know better... but I see you point out that is was made on actionscript on the image page, oops.
