KFC ColeSlaw =)
3 cups Very Finely Diced Cabbage
½ cup Very Finely Diced Julienned Carrots
3 Tbsp Finely Minced Onion
⅓ cup Granulated Sugar
½ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Pepper
¼ cup Milk
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Buttermilk
1½ Tbsp White Vinegar
2½ Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Chopped Horseradish
Place the cabbage and carrot mixture into a large bowl and add the onions. Process the remaining ingredients a food processor until a smooth dressing results. Pour the dressing over vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly to insure a thorough distribution.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate several hours or, preferably overnight, before serving.
